Note:

1. Where the small glasses supplement or special facial characteristics supplement applies, the amount payable for repair of:

the front of the frame is £56.40
the side of the frame is £30.50
the whole of the frame is £63.60

2. Where more than one repair is made to an optical appliance, the total paid must not exceed the aggregate of the amounts for replacing two lenses in the above schedule, and repairs to the part of the frame must not exceed £14.60.

Replacement - Contact lenses 

3. If only one of a pair of contact lenses is replaced the voucher value is £56.40. These provisions for contact lenses only apply to clinically necessary contact lenses prescribed by the HES or NHS Trust.

    Does this mean complex, tints, prisms, and all repairs are not changing at all from the 2012 figures?

    hi a bit of help im long sighted and light sensitive so need two pairs of glasses one for reading one for driving the ones for driving i have to have the transition+ lenses pluse the anti glare so what vouchers do i get the option says only about 40.00 wich is one voucher so should i get two for two separate glasses or just the one and is the amount rite i live in south wales uk

    Could you please confirm new voucher value for 1 lens "D" as there are too many digits (89.705) on your chart
